Momentus completed the critical design review for its Vigoride 8 spacecraft, clearing the program to move into procurement and production.
2027 launch will carry NASA-hosted payloads
Vigoride 8 is scheduled to launch in 2027 to carry two NASA-hosted payloads, including Spaceworks’ COSMIC experiment.
The mission also includes NASA’s Juno rotating detonation rocket engine payload, supporting in-orbit testing of advanced propulsion technology.
