The role centers on building medical affairs ahead of a potential U.S. FDA decision on the ALXN1840 NDA for Wilson disease.
Kent was chief medical officer at Sling Therapeutics, where he led a Phase 2b program for linsitinib in thyroid eye disease.
He previously held senior medical affairs roles at Horizon Therapeutics, Abbott Laboratories, and Searle/Pharmacia.
