Monte Rosa Therapeutics dosed the first patient in MODeFIRe-1, a Phase 2 trial of MRT-2359 with apalutamide in AR mutation-positive mCRPC.
The trial aims to confirm earlier signs of anti-tumor activity in a hard-to-treat group with limited options.
Prior combination data and next catalyst
Prior interim results from a Phase 1/2 study of MRT-2359 with enzalutamide were presented in February at ASCO GU.
Updated data from that Phase 1/2 combination study are expected by end of year, a key near-term catalyst.
