Moolec Science announces extraordinary shareholder meeting
MLEC•Moolec Science will hold a virtual extraordinary general meeting on Oct. 20, 2026, where shareholders will vote on a proposal to voluntarily wind up the company and appoint joint voluntary liquidators.
1. Meeting proposals
Shareholders will also consider authorizing the retention of corporate records for five years after dissolution. The meeting may be adjourned to solicit additional proxies if votes are insufficient to pass the proposals.
