Morgan Stanley Direct Lending Fund cuts base management fee to 0.75% from 1% effective January 2027
MSDL•Morgan Stanley Direct Lending Fund will reduce its base management fee to 0.75% from 1% and cut income and capital-gains incentive fees to 15% from 17.5%, effective January 1, 2027.
1. Fee reductions
Effective January 1, 2027, Morgan Stanley Direct Lending Fund will cut its base management fee to 0.75% from 1%. Incentive fees on income and capital gains will fall to 15% from 17.5%, and the incentive fee cap will be reduced correspondingly.
