Morgan Stanley buys Kansas City distribution facility
Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing bought a newly developed 1.5 million-square-foot Ace Hardware distribution facility in Kansas City for $158.5 million.
Seller Hunt Midwest developed the Class A build-to-suit asset in 2025 as the first phase of KCI 29 Logistics Park.
The property is under a long-term net lease to Ace Hardware, supporting Morgan Stanley’s strategy focused on mission-critical net lease assets.
