MS•Morgan Stanley outlines 10-year financing target
NEW YORK, Aug. 10 (Reuters) - Morgan Stanley said on Monday it intends to facilitate about $1.5 trillion of capital raising, financing, advisory and related investment activity to finance innovation infrastructure over the next 10 years.
The move will focus on specific sectors that are critical to building industries in the U.S., such as advanced computing and software, cybersecurity, aerospace, defense, pharmaceuticals and critical minerals. The bank will also finance digital, physical and energy infrastructure needed in a compute-intensive economy, and help founders and growth companies raise capital, the bank added.
