Mosaic priced final results of cash tender offers for four debt securities, with settlement set for Aug. 18.
Accepted in full: USD 395.1 million of 4.050% Senior Notes due 2027; USD 275.88 million of 5.375% Senior Notes due 2028.
Also bought USD 38.93 million of 7.30% Debentures due 2028; 4.350% Senior Notes due 2029 prorated at 37.78%.
For 2029 Notes, USD 426.99 million was tendered; USD 161.07 million accepted under a USD 160 million series cap raised by 2%.
