Mosaic plans to name Chief Administrative Officer Walt Precourt executive vice president of operations effective Dec. 1.
Executive Vice President of Operations Karen Swager plans to retire, staying on as senior adviser until Q2 2027.
Precourt joined Mosaic in 2009, previously led its phosphate and potash businesses, EHS, strategy, procurement, HR, public affairs, and global business services.
The expanded remit includes oversight of global operations and responsibility for the EHS function.
