Mosaic set pricing for cash tender offers to repurchase four debt securities, capped at USD 1.4 billion excluding accrued interest.
The offer covers:
- 4.050% Senior Notes due 2027
- 7.30% Debentures due 2028
- 5.375% Senior Notes due 2028
- 4.350% Senior Notes due 2029
Total consideration per USD 1,000 ranges from USD 993.31 to USD 1,037.99, with accrued and unpaid interest paid separately. The 2029 Notes are subject to a USD 150 million series cap, creating potential proration.
Settlement is expected Aug. 18, 2026. Tenders may be withdrawn until 5 p.m. New York time on the expiration date.
