Mosaic prices USD 2 billion senior notes offering to fund debt tender offers

Senior notes offering and use of proceeds

Mosaic closed a debt offering of USD 2 billion in senior notes, adding new long-term financing across 2031, 2034, and 2036 maturities.

Issued USD 1 billion of 5.350% senior notes due 2031.
Issued USD 500 million of 5.650% senior notes due 2034.
Sold USD 500 million of 5.900% senior notes due 2036.
Expected net proceeds are about USD 1.98 billion.
Proceeds are earmarked to fund up to USD 1.4 billion of tender offers for outstanding debt, with remaining funds for general corporate purposes.
