Mosaic's targets focus on People, Earth and Innovation, including zero life-altering injuries, facility-specific water management action plans to boost conservation and recycling, long-term decarbonization strategies, implementation of soil health and conservation practices on over 100 million acres and beneficial reuse of tailings to reduce environmental risks.
3. Past Achievements and Future Reporting
Since its first sustainability disclosure in 2009, Mosaic has invested over $250 million in local communities, promoted advanced crop nutrient products on more than 16 million North American acres and launched a global tailings standard in 2025. The company will report progress on these new targets in its annual sustainability disclosures.
