HOUSTON, Sept. 2 (Reuters) - Motiva Enterprises restarted the gasoline-producing fluidic catalytic cracking unit (FCCU) shut by Tropical Storm Edouard on Tuesday at its 656,400 barrel-per-day (bpd) Port Arthur, Texas refinery on Wednesday, said people familiar with plant operations.
Valero Energy Corp began restarting the small crude distillation unit (CDU) after power was restored at its 385,000 barrel-per-day (bpd) Port Arthur refinery on Wednesday, said people familiar with operations at that refinery.
