Motorola Solutions closes USD 950 million senior notes offering

Motorola Solutions closed an underwritten public offering of USD 950 million senior notes.

• The issuance included USD 350 million of 4.850% senior notes due 2029.
• The deal also included USD 600 million of 5.650% senior notes due 2036.
• The notes were issued under the company’s 2014 indenture, supplemented by an officers’ certificate dated Aug. 17, 2026.
