Motorsport Games amends bylaws to tighten stockholder meeting conduct rules
MSGM•Bylaw changes expand meeting control
Motorsport Games adopted amended and restated bylaws effective July 22, 2026.
The changes expand the authority of the board or the meeting chair to set stockholder meeting rules, control access, limit participation, maintain order and restrict recording.
The meeting chair can adjourn or recess meetings for any reason, including when a quorum is not present.
The board can postpone or cancel stockholder meetings for any reason with public notice before the scheduled time.
