GlobalFoundries signed a long-term manufacturing agreement to deploy proprietary MPS process technology at its 300mm Singapore fab.
- Volume production is targeted for early 2027, expanding capacity for power management devices in automotive, industrial and data center markets.
- Output is expected to include next-generation automotive power solutions, industrial automation products and smart power stages for AI and cloud infrastructure.
- The partnership aims to improve supply assurance, add global scale and support higher-volume manufacturing of MPS power solutions.
