Acquisition, capital allocation, and demand trends
Autronica Fire and Security acquisition closed in early July. Share repurchases are expected to slow in the second half as debt repayment takes priority, with pro forma leverage at 1.8x.
Fire Service demand tied to 2025 AFG grants arrived slower, but the order pace improved in June and July. The NFPA update is no longer a headwind, and the replacement cycle is seen inflecting in 2027.
