Since its June 2023 launch, the platform has been adopted by over 900 attorneys and gained features like automated reconciliation workflows and expanded tool integrations.
1. Renewal of Florida Bar Partnership
On June 11, 2026, M&T Bank renewed its agreement with The Florida Bar to continue providing members free access to the Nota IOTA platform, building on the initial June 2023 collaboration. The continued waiver of the $25 monthly maintenance fee supports over 900 active Bar members in managing trust accounts.

Since launch, more than 900 Florida attorneys have adopted Nota, replacing manual processes with automated reconciliation and centralized workflows. This digital shift enhances accuracy in IOTA compliance and reduces administrative overhead for solo practitioners and small firms.
