Mueller Water Products names Michael Morgan CFO, succeeding Melissa Rasmussen

Mueller Water Products named Michael Morgan executive vice president of finance effective Oct. 28, 2026, with the CFO role expected to begin on or about Nov. 19. Melissa Rasmussen will stay through the Form 10-K filing and then serve as an adviser through Dec. 31, 2026.

Michael Morgan is set to join Mueller Water Products as executive vice president of finance on Oct. 28, 2026, and is expected to become CFO on or about Nov. 19. He is CFO of Indicor and previously held senior finance roles at Labcorp. Melissa Rasmussen will remain through the Form 10-K filing, then serve in an advisory role through Dec. 31, 2026.
