2. User Acquisition Strategy

By targeting the 2 million weddings held annually in the U.S. with an average of 110 guests each, Myseum expects to onboard over 1.1 million users and reduce its user acquisition cost to below $0.25 per user through free QR code incentives and streamlined setup.

3. Monetization and Future Expansion

While Picture Party is free on iOS and Android, in-app purchases for moderation tools and post previews provide revenue. The company plans to expand the platform beyond weddings to other large events and is developing a desktop version scheduled for release later this year.
