Operating profit before interest and taxation was $2.19 million, compared with an operating loss a year earlier, and basic loss per share improved to $0.09. Cash generated from operations increased 14% to $12.62 million, while net cash generated from operating activities rose 61% to $9.29 million. After period-end, the group completed Redwing Mine dewatering and drew $5 million under its Ecobank financing facility.
