Nano Dimension appointed Oramed Pharmaceuticals CEO Nadav Kidron to its board to chair a new Strategy and Capital Allocation Committee.

The committee will review capital allocation options, including potential shareholder returns, monetization of non-core assets, and strategic opportunities.

Kidron is CEO and a director of Oramed, a significant shareholder, and serves on the boards of Alpha Tau Medical and Lifeward.
