Nano Dimension reached a settlement with shareholder Murchinson to reconstitute its board.
The July 31, 2026 extraordinary shareholder meeting was canceled under the agreement executed July 17.
Directors Pons, Rosensweig, Sriubas and Stehlin resigned from the board and all company positions.
Murchinson nominees Fruchthandler, Rozenbaum and Tarlow were appointed to the board.
