Nano Dimension appointed Moshe Rozenbaum CEO effective November 3, 2026, following his tenure as interim CEO since July 21, 2026. Nadav Kidron joined the board on August 16, 2026, and is set to chair a planned Strategy and Capital Allocation Committee that will evaluate capital allocation, shareholder returns and non-core asset monetization.
