Nano Dimension terminates corporate HQ lease, targets $25 million net cash savings

Nano Dimension entered an agreement to terminate its corporate headquarters lease, effective Dec. 31, 2026.
The lease had been set to run through 2031; the termination cuts about $38 million of cumulative future lease costs.
Net cash savings are expected to be about $25 million, after factoring in a roughly $13 million termination payment.
