The MOU outlines three central workstreams: assessing compute infrastructure and commercialization strategies for AI data centers; designing orchestration, runtime environments and interoperability for autonomous agent cloud services; and integrating AI-driven payment flows into institutional payment rails.

A joint working group will oversee a structured 90-day evaluation, performing technical diligence, mapping integration pathways, analyzing security considerations and identifying commercial applications before deciding on definitive agreements.
