Nano Labs announces annual shareholder meeting
NA•Nano Labs will hold its 2026 annual shareholder meeting in Hangzhou on Nov. 24, where shareholders will consider conditional share consolidation and split proposals and appointing MaloneBailey as auditor.

Nano Labs will hold its 2026 annual shareholder meeting in Hangzhou, China, on Nov. 24. Shareholders will consider a conditional 1-for-10 share consolidation if the stock trades below US$1 for 30 sessions, and a conditional 10-for-1 share split if it trades above US$100 for 30 sessions. They will also consider appointing MaloneBailey as independent auditor for the year ending Dec. 31, 2026.
