Nano Nuclear Energy signs MOU with Enveniam on US nuclear fuel cycle, microreactor deployment
NNE•NNE•NNE•NNE•NANO Nuclear signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Enveniam to explore cooperation across the U.S. nuclear fuel cycle, microreactor deployment and manufacturing.
Work may cover HALEU fuel transport systems, conversion and deconversion facilities, and licensing and deployment support for the KRONOS MMR program.
The parties will form a joint working group to screen opportunities, consider funding applications and pursue task orders under separate definitive agreements.
The MOU sets no funding, services or commercial commitments. Any projects would require standalone contracts covering scope, economics, intellectual property and regulatory terms.
