Nano Nuclear, Quadrant Nuclear sign MoU on long-term HALEU fuel supply

Nano Nuclear entered a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Quadrant Nuclear Industries to pursue a long-term HALEU fuel supply arrangement.
Talks will cover potential offtake of HALEU from Quadrant’s planned Vanguard facility at Idaho National Laboratory over the coming years.
Vanguard facility plans and collaboration focus
Vanguard is designed to produce up to 18 metric tons of HALEU per year at full capacity, targeting commercial and government demand.
Collaboration will focus on fuel supply planning, technical interfaces, commercial terms, regulatory coordination, logistics, and demand forecasting.
