1. Needham Conference Presentation Scheduled for January 13, 2026

NANO Nuclear Energy Inc. (NASDAQ: NNE) today confirmed its participation in Needham’s 28th Annual Growth Conference at the Lotte New York Palace Hotel. Management will present at 3:45 p.m. ET, with a 30-day replay available on the company’s investor relations website. One-on-one meetings can be arranged through Needham’s investment banking team, offering investors direct access to NANO Nuclear’s leadership and strategic roadmap.

2. Advancing Portable Microreactor Technologies

NANO Nuclear is developing three distinct micro modular reactors (MMRs). The KRONOS MMR™ is a stationary high-temperature gas-cooled reactor in pre-application engagement with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, in collaboration with the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. ZEUS is a transportable solid-core battery reactor designed for remote field operations. The space-focused LOKI MMR™ targets cis-lunar power applications, positioning NANO Nuclear as a pioneer in on-demand, portable nuclear energy solutions.

3. Building a Vertically Integrated Fuel Supply Chain

Through its subsidiary Advanced Fuel Transportation Inc. (AFT), led by former global logistics executives, NANO Nuclear holds the exclusive license for a patented high-capacity HALEU transportation basket developed by three U.S. national labs and funded by the Department of Energy. HALEU Energy Fuel Inc. (HEF) is establishing a domestic fabrication pipeline for High-Assay, Low-Enriched Uranium fuel, aiming to supply both NANO Nuclear’s reactors and the broader advanced reactor market, creating the only end-to-end nuclear fuel business of its kind in North America.

4. Expanding into Space Power and Propulsion

NANO Nuclear Space Inc. (NNS) is exploring commercial applications of micronuclear technology beyond Earth orbit. Initial efforts focus on cis-lunar installations using the LOKI MMR™ system to support habitat modules, scientific outposts and potential propulsion concepts for long-duration missions. By targeting the growing demand for reliable, compact power in space, NANO Nuclear seeks to establish early mover advantage in the emerging extraterrestrial energy market.
