Nano-X Imaging adjourns annual shareholder meeting for lack of quorum, reschedules for Sept. 29
NNOX•Annual shareholder meeting adjourned and rescheduled
Nano-X Imaging’s 2026 annual shareholder meeting was adjourned on Sept. 17 due to lack of quorum, with under 25% of voting rights represented.
The meeting will reconvene on Sept. 29 at 3:00 p.m. Israel time; any shares represented will count as a quorum.
The board withdrew Proposal 3 on CEO Erez Meltzer’s request, removing planned equity grants valued at USD 600,000 and USD 28,000.
Shareholders will still vote on directors, a share-capital increase, and auditor reappointment; the board flagged the capital item as critical.
Proposal 2 was tied to financing flexibility and Nasdaq compliance, citing June 30, 2026 cash levels that raised going-concern doubt.
