Nanox signs distribution agreement with Imperial Imaging Technology LLC to roll out its Nanox.ARC multisource digital tomosynthesis system across Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina and Northern Florida. The system offers 3D imaging at lower cost and reduced radiation dose, with reimbursable CPT coding and no pre-authorization.

1. Deal Scope and Terms

Nanox Impact Inc. has appointed Imperial Imaging Technology as distributor for the Nanox.ARC in six Southeastern states: Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina and Northern Florida. Imperial will handle marketing, sales, demonstrations and customer support for the system and related services.

2. Strategic Expansion in Orthopedic Markets

The Southeast region represents a fast-growing orthopedic services market, and this agreement advances Nanox’s channel partner strategy to build a geographically diverse distributor network with deep expertise in orthopedic and musculoskeletal workflows.

3. Features and Clinical Benefits of Nanox.ARC

The Nanox.ARC system provides 3D tomosynthesis imaging at lower cost and reduced radiation compared to traditional CT, enabling point-of-care imaging within orthopedic practices and improving clinical workflow efficiency.

4. Reimbursement and Operational Advantages

Nanox.ARC’s DTS imaging is reimbursable under an existing CPT code with no pre-authorization required, which reduces administrative burden, accelerates patient treatment and enhances affordability for clinics.
