NAPCO to Reveal Multi-Carrier 5G StarLink Communicators and Per-Door MVP Cloud Subscriptions at ISC West

NSSCNSSC

NAPCO will debut StarLink 5G multi-carrier communicators (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile) and StarLink Fire tri-carrier models at ISC West March 25–27 in Las Vegas to replace landlines with high-margin recurring revenue. It will also launch MVP Cloud Access upgrades—NA-Series panels, mobile NFC credentials, video integrations and per-door subscriptions.

1. ISC West Showcase

NAPCO Security will occupy a 2,500 sq ft booth (#12031) at The Venetian Expo in Las Vegas from March 25–27, featuring its full security portfolio across NAPCO Security, Alarm Lock, Continental Access and Marks USA. The company also sponsors the 2,000 sq ft ISC Pro Lounge, hosting interactive Tech Talks and product demonstrations.

2. StarLink 5G Communicators

The company will introduce expanded StarLink intrusion models with dynamic multi-carrier 5G switching across Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile networks, plus upcoming StarLink Fire tri-carrier cellular/IP units. These universal communicators replace POTS copper lines on virtually any alarm panel, enabling dealers to secure permanent high-margin recurring monthly revenue.

3. MVP Cloud Access Upgrades

Enhanced MVP features include new NA-Series access control panels, support for mobile NFC smartphone wallet credentials, integrations with NAPCO Gemini and multiple video VMS platforms, and per-door monthly service pricing. These upgrades streamline access control, video and security integration into a single SaaS interface for enterprise, institutional and small-business clients.

4. Strategic Recurring Revenue Focus

By converting hardware innovations into subscription services, NAPCO aims to drive dealer adoption and expand RMR streams. The combined roll-out of StarLink 5G and MVP Cloud enhancements targets increased ARPU, broader market penetration and long-term customer retention across security integrators and locksmith partners.
