NASA will replace Boeing-manufactured SLS parts with United Launch Alliance hardware following a helium flow anomaly, delaying the Artemis mission timeline. Boeing shares appear in Nehal Chopra’s Ratan Capital portfolio that returned 278% over three years alongside Nvidia, Microsoft and Vistra.

1. NASA Replaces Boeing Rocket Parts

NASA has shifted its moon mission rocket supply contract to United Launch Alliance, replacing Boeing-built solid rocket motor segments after detection of a helium flow anomaly in the core stage. This decision updates the Artemis launch schedule and reallocates production away from Boeing’s facilities.

2. Boeing in Ratan Capital Portfolio

Nehal Chopra’s Ratan Capital Management portfolio, which delivered a 278% return over the past three years, lists Boeing among its top technology and defense holdings alongside Nvidia, Microsoft and Vistra. The inclusion signals continued investor interest in Boeing despite the NASA contract change, although Boeing’s exact portfolio weight has not been disclosed.
