Nasdaq completed its acquisition of Dasseti, an AI-powered due diligence and monitoring platform for institutional investors and asset managers.
Dasseti will be integrated into Nasdaq eVestment to extend manager research across screening, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring.
The deal follows an announcement on July 23, 2026; financial terms were not disclosed.
Nasdaq eVestment connects about 4,800 asset managers with more than 1,200 asset owners and intermediaries, covering over $90 trillion in AUM.
Dasseti’s platform covers 17,000 asset managers and GPs representing $34 trillion in AUM, targeting faster responses and improved data quality.
