1. Compliance extension
Nasdaq granted Evogene an additional 180 days, through March 29, 2027, to regain compliance with its $1.00 minimum bid requirement. Evogene must have a closing bid of at least $1.00 for 10 consecutive business days during the extension period. Failure to meet the requirement by the deadline could trigger a Nasdaq delisting determination, and Evogene may consider a reverse share split if needed.
