Nasdaq elects new directors to U.S. exchange boards

Nasdaq elected all nominated directors to the boards of its U.S. exchanges, including The Nasdaq Stock Market, Nasdaq PHLX, and Nasdaq Texas.

New board members include Verisk Chief Legal Officer Kathlyn Card Beckles and former Boston Stock Exchange Chairman and CEO Michael J. Curran.

Additional appointees include Barclays executive Anne Marie Darling, Eastern Bancshares CFO David Rosato, and Susquehanna’s Andrew J. Schultz.
