Nasdaq Resumes TJGC Trading, Kraken Retail IPO via xStocks, Storytel Stockholm Approval
NDAQ•Nasdaq resumes trading in TJGC Group Limited at 12:00 p.m. ET on June 3 after a halt on May 15. Kraken will offer tokenized IPO shares to retail investors via xStocks upon its Nasdaq debut, and Storytel AB’s B shares received conditional Nasdaq Stockholm listing approval pending prospectus registration.
1. Resumption of TJGC Group Limited Trading
Nasdaq will reopen trading in TJGC Group Limited ordinary shares on June 3 at 12:00 p.m. ET after a regulatory halt that began May 15, restoring access for institutional and retail participants to transact in the stock.
2. Kraken’s Retail IPO Access via xStocks
Kraken has arranged for individual investors to register for tokenized shares backed 1:1 by actual equity through the xStocks framework, granting retail participants access to its IPO at the offering price upon its Nasdaq debut later this year.
3. Storytel AB Conditional Nasdaq Stockholm Listing
Nasdaq Stockholm’s Listing Committee granted conditional approval for the admission of Storytel AB’s B shares to the Main Market, subject to standard conditions including prospectus registration with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
