Nasdaq short interest down 0.3% in early September
QQQ•Nasdaq short interest fell 0.3% in the first half of September, to about 22.521 billion shares as of Sept. 15 from 22.586 billion on Aug. 31.

Short interest on the Nasdaq fell 0.3% in the first half of September, the exchange said. As of Sept. 15, it stood at about 22.521 billion shares, down from 22.586 billion as of Aug. 31.
