Nasdaq to delist Davis Commodities shares after March trading suspension

Nasdaq plans delisting after suspension

Nasdaq notified Davis Commodities that it will delist the company’s Class A ordinary shares; trading has been suspended since March 25, 2026.

Nasdaq plans to file a Form 25, and the delisting is set to take effect 10 days after that filing.

Shares remain quoted on OTC Markets under DTCKF; liquidity and an active market are uncertain.
