Natera announced three published, peer-reviewed studies evaluating its Signatera test in head and neck cancer. After surgery, testing identified patients likely to benefit from adjuvant chemotherapy, while patients who tested negative showed no improvement with chemotherapy. During surveillance, the test detected recurrence a median 4.3 months before imaging across HPV-positive and HPV-negative disease and outperformed clinical risk factors in predicting progression.
