National Bank Investments replaces portfolio sub-managers for three funds
NA•National Bank Investments will replace portfolio sub-advisers for three funds between November 2026 and January 2027, while retaining their investment objectives. The NBI Canadian Bond Index Fund ETF Series will switch from annual to monthly distributions on or about Jan. 1, 2027.
1. Three manager changes
Mackenzie Financial will replace Jarislowsky Fraser for the NBI Private North American Dividend Portfolio on or about Nov. 23, 2026. Goldman Sachs Asset Management will replace PineStone Asset Management for the NBI Global Small Cap Fund on or about Jan. 11, 2027, and Triasima Portfolio Management will replace Jarislowsky Fraser for the NBI Canadian Equity Fund on or about Jan. 13, 2027. National Bank Investments said the changes will adjust investment strategies while retaining investment objectives.
2. Distribution schedule change
The NBI Canadian Bond Index Fund ETF Series (NBBX) will switch from annual to monthly distributions on or about Jan. 1, 2027.
