Fiscal third-quarter results and nine-month cash flow
- National Fuel Gas posted fiscal Q3 GAAP earnings of $138.62 million, or $1.45 a share, down 7.48% year over year.
- Adjusted EPS fell 6.1% to $1.54, reflecting $6.19 million of acquisition-related costs tied to the pending Ohio gas utility deal.
- Operating cash flow totaled $1.03 billion for the nine months ended June 30; free cash flow was $280.32 million.
