National Healthcare Properties amended CEO Michael Anderson’s executive employment agreement on July 7, 2026.
- The term was extended to Sept. 27, 2030 from Sept. 27, 2027.
- The agreement shifts to automatic one-year renewals unless either party gives at least 90 days’ written non-extension notice.
- No other changes to the employment agreement terms were made.
