AMTEC, a National Presto unit, won U.S. Army option awards for FY 2026 under its five-year 40mm systems contract.
Deliveries under the 40mm option are set to start in mid-2028, running through early 2030.
Spectra Technologies receives Boeing subcontract
Spectra Technologies received a Boeing subcontract to produce the Small Diameter Bomb warhead.
Spectra deliveries are scheduled to begin in September 2027 once current Boeing warhead orders are completed.
The AMTEC 40mm award and Spectra Small Diameter Bomb award total $159.1 million.
