Shareholders will vote on waiving the requirement for a tender offer triggered by a relevant stake held by Lotus Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia.
The waiver would apply while the investor’s direct or indirect holding stays below the maximum threshold set in the company’s bylaws.
