Natural Gas Services Group said Ham, Langston & Brezina resigned as its independent registered public accounting firm on July 9, 2026, following an asset acquisition by CohnReznick.
The company appointed CohnReznick as its new independent auditor for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2026.

Natural Gas Services Group said the outgoing auditor’s opinions for 2025 and 2024 were not adverse or disclaimed.
The company also said there were no accounting or auditing disagreements with Ham, Langston & Brezina through July 9, 2026.
