Natural Grocers to Open Rapid City Store, Offering $17–23/hr Hiring Fair
Natural Grocers will open a second South Dakota store this summer at 855 Omaha St. in Rapid City, following its 2022 Sioux Falls debut. The retailer will host a virtual hiring fair May 5 paying $17–23 per hour (assistant managers up to $60k annually) and a community meet-and-greet May 11.
1. Rapid City Store Opening
Natural Grocers plans to debut its Rapid City store this summer at 855 Omaha St., Suite 300, marking the company’s second South Dakota location after opening in Sioux Falls in 2022. The site selection leverages the city’s vibrant downtown, community ties and role as a gateway to the Black Hills.
2. Virtual Hiring Fair
A virtual hiring fair will take place May 5 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. MDT via Indeed, filling roles that pay $17–23 per hour for good4uSM Crew members and up to $60,000 annually for assistant store managers. Interested candidates can register online to connect with recruiters and explore career opportunities.
3. Community Meet-and-Greet
On May 11 from 4 to 6 p.m., Natural Grocers will host a community meet-and-greet at the Best Western Ramkota Hotel in Rapid City, presenting its Five Founding Principles and local service commitments, followed by a question-and-answer session.
