NatWest Cymru appointed Adrian Coles as director of corporate banking, supporting businesses across Wales. Coles most recently served as board consultant and director of growth at Hexa Finance, while also advising businesses through Business in Focus. He left NatWest in 2022 after 17 and a half years to become managing director of an education technology start-up.
