NatWest provides over £30 million funding package for NP Aerospace acquisition of Iten Defense
NWG•NatWest arranges funding for NP Aerospace acquisition
NatWest arranged more than £30 million of funding for NP Aerospace, backed by a UK Export Finance guarantee on a working capital facility.
The financing included a £19 million trade loan, a £7.5 million term loan, and additional working capital to support growth.
The package supported NP Aerospace’s acquisition of US-based armor manufacturer Iten Defense, completed Sept. 10.
NP Aerospace forecast turnover rising to about £160 million in 2027 from about £135 million in 2026.
